Life is what you make it so do what you love
Hello and Welcome! I have been in the Massage and body work business for over 10 years in the Bay Area. I used a wide selection of massage and energy work in my practice such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Cupping, Prenatal, Reiki Energy, Chakra Balancing and Guided Meditations as well as use doTERRA Essential Oil and Flower Essences to contour your Massage and Wellness experience to be exactly what you need in order to find peace and comfort in your body and mind. I also offer and teach you techniques to take home that are specifically contoured to your needs for your own health, wellness and vitality.
I have spent my life learning about holistic healing arts, massage therapy and anatomy, Reiki and energy, crystals and herbs and understanding the inner workings of the human body and the human condition. I have traveled the world to learn about different cultures, grow as a person, love our differences and understand humanity on a broader perspective. I think it is important to take life as it is and everyone in it as they are. I care not what the world or the people in it think anyone should do or be. I care about what us as individuals can bring into this world. What is your Art? What is your Passion? What is your Why? I want to know what keeps us alive and what kills us slowly inside. I love to study the active silences and the dull heavy noise. I want to know what it is that brings the life into your eyes and the pain out of your heart.
Liana Vines reach for the light twisting and weaving up to the sky in the means for greater growth. I have always aspired to learn how to better our world, our bodies and our minds and reach for a higher knowledge and understanding of different healing qualities and methods that our world has to offer. In massage we are continually trying to find new ways to unknot our bodies feel rooted and grounded in our minds and how to de-stress our lives. This takes time, practice and patience but with the right help it's surprising how far we can go.
